1st Pet Veterinary Centers: Rename and rebrand multiple locations into one

Challenge: Three practices in the Phoenix Valley had three different names but the same ownership. Client wanted to leverage the power of a larger entity and take advantage of economies of scale with one name, brand, website, and marketing plan.

Solution: Through a Discovery process, we evaluated the brand aspirations and goals for the company, gained a solid understanding of how they wished to be perceived, and how they functioned from a cultural perspective. A brand position was formulated and provided clear direction to create a singular name and tagline to best describe who they are and what they offer. Today, 1st Pet Veterinary Centers – The one to call 24/7¬†–¬†offers primary care, emergency services, and specialty care in surgery, internal medicine, and emergency/critical care from three locations. Now, they can easily add locations and leverage the brand equity built by the collective entity.
